Sales Specialist (Bilingual Korean required)

Timpl has been retained by one of the top 30 auto parts companies in the world to recruit a bilingual Korean Sales Specialist. As a vital member of the sales team, you will be responsible for assigned sales activities including the sales revenue analysis as well as customer relations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages the department budget efficiently as per the approved annual budget
• Journal entries through SAP
• Issue invoice and certificate of origin for the overseas shipments
• Issue invoice for domestic shipments including MASMOS shipment processing
• Monitor daily JIT shipment and ensure goods receipt process from customer portal
• Prepare approval for transportation of sales and submit invoices of payment in SAP
• Sort and analyze data into information and report upper management
• Create daily sales and ensure A/R record matching with customer line items of finance documents
• Reconcile and record returns with customers for daily closing
• Implement expense accruals and budget transfer for monthly closing
• Prepare essential documents for monthly closing including fields claim, credit/debit memo and other financial docs.
• Prepare automobile intelligence reports, including charts and graphs about automobile market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fields
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• SAP experience preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English
