We’re looking for another entry level Technical Sales Coordinator to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn the ins and outs of the optics industry while kickstarting their career in a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Handle the writing of quotes and confirming of PO’s from beginning to end.
• Develop, maintain and manage new customer relationships and follow up on qualified leads.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales outreach strategies.

Preferred knowledge/skills:

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency with HubSpot business software helpful
• High-level understanding of the MS Office Suite; Excel and Outlook especially

General understanding of the following helpful:

• Social Media (LinkedIn/Twitter for Business)
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Forms

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• College degree a plus; major related to marketing and/or business preferred

Previous experience:

• 1 to 3-years prior experience in a sales or customer service environment beneficial
