Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a sales team
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings to drive performance and success
• Provide support and guidance to the sales team
• Uphold Van Noy Real Estate systems and policies
• Distribute leads to the sales team effectively
• Recruit talented agents to expand our team
• Set interview appointments with potential agents
• Meet or exceed appointment setting goals
• Onboard and train new agents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must already have a Kansas and Missouri Real Estate License or be in the process of attaining one
• Full-time availability (No part-time positions)
• 10+ years of real estate experience
• Good technical background or willingness to learn online and mobile tools
• Willingness to learn Van Noy Real Estate team processes and utilize new tools, systems, and technologies, following company protocols (CRM, Email Marketing)
• Strong networking and phone sales skills
• Always displays a positive attitude and communicates effectively
• Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a customer service focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum high school diploma
