We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Full-Time Corporate Trainer to join our team and help us inspire innovation within our organization.

Position: Full-Time Corporate Trainer Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities: As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our employees. Your role will involve conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and ensure that the training materials align with our company's goals and values.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the fluid power industry or hydraulic services is a plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
• Bilingual- English/Spanish

Pay: $56,495.00 - $62,068.00 per year
