WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE

• Assist with answering incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet with prospective clients
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
• Enter data into CRM
• Document client correspondence in CRM
• Communicate effectively with advisors

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO VIZANCE

• Prior Insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales or a related customer-facing field
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to understand complex information and relay it accurately, simply and confidently to customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate multiple programs and effectively use online resources to successfully complete client requests
• Passion for high achievement with the ability to self-manage and demonstrate personal accountability, as well as effective collaboration in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high customer value
• Demonstrate strong personal ethics and teamwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
