Job purpose

Cornerstone Apartment Services, Inc. focuses exclusively on managing apartment properties in Denver’s urban core. We use our scale to generate leasing traffic, reduce operating costs, and attract dynamic and engaged employees.

Duties and responsibilities

• Customer service- Corresponding with residents, vendors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner for work orders, rent questions, security deposits, parking
• Demand for rent- Reach out to resident, add late fee, post notice, track payments, send to court, and carry out eviction if necessary.
• Security Deposits- Collect forwarding address from resident, add charges to ledger as necessary for cleaning and/or damages, provide move out paperwork to accounting for deposit return
• Manage rentable items- Includes but not limited to parking, storage, bike storage, etc.
• Organization and time management- Use Microsoft Suite to schedule and organize daily tasks and manage all projects at once
• Oversee maintenance operations- This includes, but not limited to, maintenance staff, renovations, unit turns, service requests, special projects, supply pickup
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, willingness to help with maintenance requests and moving appliances
• Being a leader by providing guidance or advice to staff when needed
• Understand the dynamics of a diverse resident profile and listen to their needs
• Work within the Company structure while having the ability to think on your feet and adapt to all types of situations
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation Package

• $45,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
• 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start

• Experience in Yardi, a plus

Working conditions

Full time Monday-Friday starting at 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch. Position spends time within the office and field, about 50/50 split.
