• Inside Sales Customer Service Representative
• Pay Rate $25-31 per hour plus bonus
• Full-time position
• Yorba Linda, CA
• Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Position Summary

• Join a fast-growing company in Orange County as an inside sale representative.
• Currently our company is seeking an outstanding individual that can assist our company in the DC Power, Overland, Fleet, and Industrial markets.
• This position will require a self-starter and creative planner as well as an organized individual that can follow up with multiple lead sources concurrently.
• This is a Monday - Friday position (no weekends) and is located at our facility in Yorba Linda, CA. This is not a remote position.

Position Responsibilities

• Continuous building of direct customer and dealer relationships, account research and prospecting.
• Knowledge of DC power systems. Experience with electrical connectors, wire gauges and basic circuit design.
• Amateur radio operator license or experience operating and programming analog and DMR two-way radios with computer software.
• Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced office environment using world-class technology.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions.
• Help customers navigate the Powerwerx website and place orders online.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years previous business to business sales experience prospecting leads and building new customer relationships.
• Ability to learn DC power systems, electrical connectors, wire gauges, and basic circuit design.
• Willingness to obtain amateur radio operator license.
• Stable work history
• Professional demeanor in person, over the phone and email.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
