POSITION

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Risk Control Services Sales Professional who will be responsible for selling risk control services by explicitly highlighting the company’s proprietary risk assessment software, Poms Risk Organizer (PRO).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be knowledgeable about Poms Risk Organizer (PRO) and Poms Risk Control Consulting
• Emphasize the features of Poms Risk Organizer (PRO), including risk control and safety assessments, ergonomics evaluations, and Certified Playground Safety Inspections, to highlight how they expedite processes and solve clients’ problems
• Identify prospective clients
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects using Poms’ tools, technologies, and lists
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients to provide Poms Risk Organizer (PRO) presentations to demonstrate its benefits
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and clients
• Ability to understand what is driving the frequency and severity of workers’ compensation, general liability and/or automobile claims
• Ability to answer questions about Poms Risk Organizer (PRO)
• Contribute to further developing Poms Risk Organizer (PRO) to expand our business
• Maintain professional integrity by pursuing ongoing professional development

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience; selling risk control or consultative services preferred
• MUST have some background in risk control
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to quickly learn and understand Poms Risk Organizer (PRO) software
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude combined with contagious enthusiasm
• Professional demeanor
• Detail oriented
• Highly attuned interpersonal skills
• Some travel required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
