Acara Solutions is looking for a Customer Service/ Retail Sales for our client in Malden, MA

• Answers retailer questions via phone, e-mail, and service tickets to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Compiles monthly, quarterly, and yearly retail reports.
• Supports Charlie Card Retailer recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 per hour
