FIELDS INSURANCE CHATTANOOGA – CSR POSITION
Fields Insurance Chattanooga is currently seeking a full-time bilingual Customer Service Representative.
We are currently seeking a hard-working, driven, self-motivated Customer Service Representative looking forward to a rewarding career. As a Fields Insurance CSR, you are the face of our agency. Your main responsibility is to assist insurance agents in the daily maintenance and support of the Fields Insurance policyholder accounts.
Our Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Our CSR will help build and develop client relationships to promote our Insurance products including Auto, Home, Commercial, Life and Farm Insurance.
Our best CSRs are genuinely excited to help our customers that are spread over a six state southern region. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a client service environment preferred

- Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines

- Eligible to work in the United States for any employer
- Bilingual - English & Spanish - not required but is a plus
Responsibilities will include:
- Phone Reception
- Maintaining Daily Personal & Commercial filing
- Customer Billing Assistance
- Contacting policy late pays & cancellation lists in order to increase Retention
- If licensed, counsel and advise prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage
- Perform administrative or record keeping duties related to sales
- Conduct policy changes not related to coverage and any necessary routine policy maintenance
Compensation:
Job Duration: Full Time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
