We are looking for an experienced Sales Leads Coordinator to join our team! As an Inside Sales Leads Coordinator, you will help our company grow by booking our sales appointments and dispatching our Sales Team. Sales are the biggest driver of our company's success, so your position plays a crucial role in our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calls existing customers and potential customers and provides product and service information, pricing and product availability
• Provides information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for company roofing, home improvement and energy efficient products and services
• Communicates customer requirements and requests support from other departments to assist in achieving established objectives
• Utilizes expertise of service center staff to assist in business development, job costing and preparation of proposals
• Prepares sales reports, updates lead database and performs administrative support within the office
• Identifies bottlenecks in the sales process
• Suggests solutions in a timely manner
• Identify needs for sales skills improvement
• Set objectives and KPIs
• Set up and monitor sales processes
• Serve as advisor to our customer service center staff by answering all their sales related questions and concerns
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and 1-3 years of general office or sales experience within the technical service industry required
• 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
• Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
• Must be computer literate with absolute proficiency in MS Office
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Great time management, interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
