Job Summary

This person will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Tech Services. Will oversee Readymix and Asphalt outside sales. Give weekly sales update to Director of Sales & Tech Services and owner. Responsible for the day to day operations of Readymix & Asphalt Sales. Will lead weekly sales meetings with the team promoting initiatives, training, and obtaining competitive feedback. Works with operations, technical and credit departments to maintain customer satisfaction and assist in dispute resolution. Leads daily order /invoice audits and approves quotes. Provides leadership and mentoring to sales time. Hires and develops sales personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, construction management or other related discipline preferred
• 5+ years of experience in concrete, aggregate, cement or heavy industrial sales preferred
