We're looking to hire Sales Reps!

Our company focuses on roofing and gutter sales. You will become an integral part of our team and will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue, pad your own pockets and enjoy the work you do! We service the Madison, Milwaukee, and Fox Valley Markets. We need self motivated individuals who aren't afraid of heights and love talking with people.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Assist customers through all stages of the insurance or retail sales process
• Gather and upload required documents, forms, photos, etc. for each sold job
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Monitor installation and completion of roof or other trades sold
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Collect all payments due from customers to the Company

Qualifications:

• Customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, mobile apps, basic computer skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills

W2 Full Time Employees

• Base Salary + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
