The ideal candidate will be centrally located within the assigned territory, preferably the greater Dallas / Ft. Worth area.
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will:
- Promote Skytron's product portfolio, achieving annual sales quota within the assigned territory
- Pursue, promote, and develop key account and IDN relationships
- Participate in national and regional sales training meetings and programs
- Attend relevant national and regional trade shows
- Stay current in relevant reporting systems, in accordance with company guidelines
- Report sales strategy, pipeline, and overall territory development during monthly business reviews
- Ensure goals are in alignment with the assigned territory and Skytron's strategic plan
- Develop and maintain mastery-level knowledge of Skytron products, industry, and market trends, communicating at a resource level to customers and Skytron
For success in this role, you will:
- Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- Capably handle required administrative functions
- Give customer needs priority, responding quickly to concerns and demonstrating a desire to assist others
- Eliminate system and bureaucratic barriers to deliver exceptional service
- Listen to others and express ideas with tact
- Monitor short-term and long-term results and desired impacts
- Work and guide people and processes to be accountable to achieve objectives
- Confidently address individuals and large groups in order to teach, inform, and persuade
- Be self-aware, communicating with strength, tact, and diplomacy
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or greater from an accredited university
- Have demonstrated medical sales experience within the medical capital equipment industry
- Maintain a good driving record and possess a valid driver's license
