Reporting to the Vice President, the Capital Equipment Sales team member is responsible for executing the sales strategy and tactical plans to ensure profitable growth and market share development specifically for EFI Wide Format Printers. This position has primary responsibility for identifying and developing sales and marketing plans, qualified leads, new client relationships and helping customers expand their business with the right equipment for the job. This position will provide the sales team with the tools they need to proactively manage the business utilizing the latest information available to effectively guide their team to deliver on performance quotas.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops executable business plan to exceed the yearly printer placement targets profitably
- Provide consultation on best practices by device to determine suitability for the customer/prospect
- Responsible for pipeline management, relevant reporting and communication to drive the business predictability
- As the main point of contact for all aspects of the equipment sales cycle, the sales representative will be responsible for performing the complete range of business development and sales duties within the assigned territory.
- The complete range of duties include, but are not limited to, achievement of sales/GP budget, contract management, product introduction/detailing, pricing negotiation, problem resolution & product conversions.
- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems
- Establishing long-term objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them
- Meet with Senior management monthly, provide updates, outlook and assessment of sales pipeline
- Serve as a resource for market information for management and marketing
- Works professionally and efficiently with all levels within the organization
- Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices
- Performs other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+years of Capital Equipment Experience preferred, but not required
- A positive and collaborative approach to problem solving and the willingness to work across all departments and business units
- Self-driven, detail oriented, organized
- Travel - up to 50% or as needed
