Job description

As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will act as the “Voice of Renewal by Andersen” by cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell Renewal by Andersen products. You will answer incoming calls from prospective customers while using Renewal methodology to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits. You will be focused on fulfilling activity and appointment goals within guidelines.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer account statuses and relevant issues
  • Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and other expectations
  • Keep records of calls, sales and record useful information using the CRM tool
  • Sell the value of an in-home consultation and convert appointments
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations, coordinate with outside sales team.
  • Follow up on all voicemails and other inquires.

In this role, you must always uphold company culture while making customers feel respected, cared for and delighted with their experience.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Inside sales and/or Call Center.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Day Shift 10am-7pm. (Must be available to work either Saturday 9am-3:30pm or Sunday 12 noon to 6:00pm)
