As a Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for making phone calls from curated warm lists, attending meetings, and setting presentations for prospective clients. Some travel may be involved for various tradeshows across the country.

Primary Responsibilities

● Manage and update each lead in CRM.

● Establish and maintain a positive professional relationship with potential Customers.

● Make outbound calls from a curated warm lead list.

● Travel

● Actively follow up on messages and return missed calls.

● Provide periodic reports to company management on work activities and call trends.

● Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a softphone via computer and mic or headset.

Requirements

● Strong verbal communication skills.

● Coachable team player

● Proficiency with computers, particularly with CRM software, and strong typing skills.

● Exceptional people skills and attitude.

● Understanding or ability to quickly learn basic veterinary information.

● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Google Suite of products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
