Full description of the position

Responsibility:

• Generate new business using a consultative business developing approach;
• Prospecting for large and small referral partners and affiliates that can drive volume into the Eazzy Business application flow
• Call qualified leads, schedule follow-ups, and close the deal;
• Putting an implementation plan in place with newly signed partners to maximize volume
• Obtaining referrals from clients in order to expand network and territory
• Follow up on all leads and maintain a very active pipeline daily;
• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial needs;
• Prepare documentation and provide solutions to clients.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a Must
• Good business acumen, with the ability to understand a prospect’s business model in a variety of industries;
• Serve as an enthusiast for the company's product options;
• Good organization and multitasking skills;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships both internally and with other business and clients;

Schedule: M-F, 8 hours

Pay: Commission Base
