We need an instrumental, committed future leader to join our team as a Customer Account Manager that will take a lead with our prized customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager:

• Develop, execute, and oversee customer outreach strategies that focus on complete customer satisfaction, customer communications, proper handling of customer complaints, and join a highly-skilled, trailblazing team of customer service professionals

• Use fact-based and value-based communication tactics to drive customer engagement and reduce churn

• Assist the Senior Customer Account Managers with managing client relationships and drive value against measurable long-term goals to guarantee long-term success

• Become an expert in your field of service and build lasting relationships

• Stay current on products, services, and promotions when applicable

• Support our company core values and mission

Required Education and Experience:

• No degree required, but some college experience is preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role

• An equivalent combination of education and experience is also accepted

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
