A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COUNTER SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Counter Sales / Customer Service Representative, you thrive on helping people meet their business needs. When HVAC contractors call or stop by our storefront, you are happy to assist them. You enter their orders into our point of sale system and pull orders for them to take with them or to be sent out for delivery. Occasionally, you may be asked to drive a forklift, but don't worry, we will provide any help and training you may need to excel.

You are eager to learn! Each day you enjoy being able to dig in and learn more and more about the HVAC industry, the parts that we supply to our contractors, and how you can help them become successful in their businesses. This knowledge, added to your love of people, makes you a valuable resource in helping them quickly get the things they need to do their jobs.
