SIGNING BONUS!!

Duties:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Assist with the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements and collecting rental applications
- Maintain accurate and organized tenant files and records
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
- Utilize computer to submit work orders for property maintenance issues
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Assist with facilities management tasks, such as coordinating repairs and maintenance

Requirements:
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of leasing contracts and property management procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, colleagues, and vendors
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
