We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Parts Sales team who can assist our customers in finding the parts they need for their landscaping equipment. Our ideal candidate will have experience using Parts Lookup systems for small engines and adequate typing and data entry skills. Candidates should have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying replacement parts for landscaping equipment
• Tracking inventory and ordering parts
• Typing and data entry Invoicing and cashiering
• Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and in-person
• Creating service work orders per customer requests

Qualifications:

• Experience using parts lookup systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of landscaping equipment and small engines
• Experience invoicing and cashiering
