We are looking for a Home Care Marketing Professional who knows home care is an organized self starter who can drive business in the our New Location in the Phoenix, Maricopa County Area. This is a new location that would be managed and built with remote supervision so a dedicated organized leader is a must!

A Dedicated Driven Professional who understands the operations of Home Care, Brand and Service Excellence, and is driven for success.

Job Description:

This is a marketing position Working with a Staffing Coordinator this position will lead the agency, and supervise the staffing coordinator, and build hours for the company.

Remote supervision, complete corporate support.

• This position will Market Facilities, Assited Living Communities, Hospitals, Rehabilitations, etc.
• This Position MUST have Home Care Marketing experience
• This position has an amazing Bonus structure

SALARY DEPENDS ON HOME CARE MARKETING EXPERIENCE

Must oversee and Market a small home care agency

***Must be able to Run a small Home Care agency with little or no supervision--

Working Directly with the Support Team , You will hire and train Caregivers, and open the startup agency, work with a staffing assistant to create build Brand recognition and Excellence in Service.

Bonus and profit share after 400 hours and ongoing. Must be an Organized and Detail oriented Home Care Operations or Marketing Professional ready to go to the next level.

We are looking for an individual competent in Marketing/Operations to be in charge of the organization.

• Proven experience as Marketing/Operations Professional
• Great driving Record
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to create and generate KPI's
• Great Up-Beat Attitude
• Ability to hire and conduct assessments
• Excellent leadership and organizing skills
• Home Care experience
• Understanding of Staffing and Home Care Operations
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude in presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
