As an Inside Sales Specialist, you would be joining a diverse and thoughtful team of IP and business professionals with the goals of expanding SunIP’s market presence and providing exceptional sales and customer relationship services to our sophisticated and global clientele. This is an onsite position (Monday – Friday in our Bala Cynwyd office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and understand sector-specific issues, leaders, trends, and news events to develop new client pipelines.
• Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and educate prospective and existing clients regarding the company’s services.
• Deliver presentations, participate in web demos, and attend elite conferences in order to articulate SunIP’s value proposition to a sophisticated and global clientele.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with team members to manage and nurture quality business relationships and client accounts.
• Recognize and take advantage of upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree
• At least one (1) year of sales experience OR applicable professional work experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Charismatic, curious, and dynamic personality
• Proven track record in achieving goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
