At Evolve Salon Systems we are looking for an ambitious and talented sales consultant to expand a newer sales market for Evolve. Our ideal candidate should have experience in sales and have a working knowledge of the salon industry.
Responsibilities
- Learn the products and services offered, including the terms of the sale
- Meet sales goals per month
- Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
- Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
- Monitor competition and follow current developments
- Ensure sales leader is up-to-date with business targets
- Find prospective customers and new target accounts
Skills
- Ability to build strong trusting relationships
- Can ask for the sale
- Comfortable in high-end surroundings
- Cold Calling
- Problem Solving
- Listening beyond what is being said by customers
- Proven work experience as a sales consultant
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Ability to gather and interpret data
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Familiar with Google Suite
What you'll do:
- Develop and grow your salons through education, business classes, and sales opportunities.
- Scale your salons' sales by instructing healthy management of salon inventory and ordering.
- Strive to establish a sales need while instructing and providing valuable insight to your clients, then selling in new products and promotions to support your plan of action.
- Support team members in reaching district goals.
- Continue learning by attending all Sales training events and educational events.
- Actively build new sales opportunities by consistently prospecting new salons.
- Help salons and their stylists achieve their professional goals by passionately consulting and mentoring them.
