Growing Real Estate Investment Company in Biloxi in need of a Disposition Manager.

Our Portfolio has doubled lately which has led us to open up our doors to bring on the perfect team member that is ready and eager to prove their sales skills. The role and responsiblities of a Disposition specialist consist of taking every investment property and putting it in front of Every Buyer possible using unique Marketing tactics soley fueled by determination and resilience. The disposition Specialist will be speaking to a millionaire one day or an ammeteur investor next so must be able maintain a professional and articulated dimeneor at all times. We provide all necessary tools and training to prepare you for the ever changing real estate investment world.

You will be responsible for selling properties for the investment company by negotiating with what we purchase, and at what price. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers, as well as in-person meet-ups with clients. We hire passionate, outgoing, motivated, goal-oriented, organized, customer-focused problem solvers who have great communication skills and a desire to earn more in a highly competitive, fast-paced sales environment. In addition to building rapport with our clients, you would be responsible for setting appointments and showing properties within the area on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

• In-office and on-site
• Computer literate
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Belly to Belly Sales Experience required
• Real estate license not required but may be required at a later date
• Some Property Marketing Experience preferred

Compensation

Base Pay of $15 hour for first 90 days

Goes to commission only after 90 days earning 5% on all Deals closed.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
