About us

Allen's Boots Fredericksburg is a new addition to the renowned Allen's Boots. Allen's Boots has been a Texas tradition since 1977. We are a family owned business who welcome our customers with true Texas hospitality.

We're looking for outgoing, hardworking fun individuals to join our team of Retail Sales Associates. An enthusiastic team player with an upbeat and positive attitude that can offer an extraordinary customer experience is the perfect candidate. Our team members must be able to stay on their feet for several hours at a time, deliver top notch Texas hospitality and offer helpful and knowledge driven suggestions when appropriate. Prior retail experience preferred but thorough training will be provided for all sales staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide our customers with the best customer experience.
• Help to create a fun and welcoming store atmosphere.
• Assist customers with their shopping by finding requested products on the sales floor.
• Learn and communicate excellent product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Get to know repeat customers and develop a lasting relationship with them.
• Be proactive in identifying security risks on sales floor.
• Handle unhappy customers politely and calmly work to resolve the situation.
• Help with daily store up keep and stocking.
• Treat customers and the coworkers with respect and kindness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
