As a Sales and Client Relations Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our current and potential clients. In this position, you will be involved with the following responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of our offerings.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing concerns or objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be flexible with schedules including weekends and evenings on occasion
- Able to conceptualize, create and curate content in order to grow audience and engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Ability to craft concise, clever copy for marketing and promotional materials
- Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure
- Ability to talk with others and convey information in an effective and professional manner
- Ability to actively listen; giving full attention to what customers are saying
- Ability to take detailed consumer information quickly and accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for technology and can navigate across complex and rapidly changing landscapes
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Creative and confident to express new ideas
- Experience within the energy industry is a plus
- 1-2 Years of experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition or product development a plus but not required
- Grasp client and company knowledge quickly
- Track record of over achieving and reliability
- Ability to work with a sense of purpose and exercise good judgment in stressful situations
- Bachelors degree preferred
- High scheduling flexibility; the ability to work some weekends for larger projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff and management
