Business Development Role
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time Sr. Sales Specialist, you will be the catalyst to shaping our portfolio of industrial clients while helping us build our internal sales team, evolving into the leader of that department as we look to grow exponentially in the months ahead.

Primary Responsibilities
Using robust database of leads to prospect new accounts through commitment
Delivery of scripted phone proposal to B2B prospects looking to auction a surplus of salvage equipment (Construction, Forestry, Farm & Agriculture, Cars, Trucks)
Prospect nurturing (follow-up calls, texts, emails, mailings)
Opportunity to help build a best-in-class new business development team
Occasional travel to events and conferences
Hybrid schedule - three days in office (greater Philadelphia), two days from home
Additional Qualifications
Highly developed communications skills
Open-minded with a passion for learning
Naturally outgoing
Experience building and training sales teams preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office product preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
BA/BS in Business or Communications preferred
The Compensation
Highly competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses
Average 1st year earning potential should exceed $120,000
