Job Title: Remote Scheduler for Bikram Yoga Rancho Cucamonga

Location: Remote

Pay: $35 per hour

Schedule: Flexible

Bikram Yoga Rancho Cucamonga is a thriving yoga studio offering authentic Bikram Yoga classes to support physical and mental well-being. We are looking for a Remote Scheduler to manage class bookings, assist clients with their scheduling needs, and ensure smooth studio operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and has a passion for wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Class Scheduling: Manage and update the studios class schedule, ensuring accurate availability for clients and instructors.
• Client Communication: Assist clients with booking, canceling, and rescheduling their classes via phone, email, or the studios booking system.
• Instructor Coordination: Work closely with instructors to manage their schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for all classes.
• Waitlist Management: Monitor waitlists and communicate with clients about class openings or cancellations.
• Reminders & Confirmations: Send out class reminders, confirmations, and any schedule changes to clients.
• Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for clients experiencing issues with the booking system or scheduling platform.
• Customer Service: Respond to inquiries regarding class schedules, membership packages, and studio policies in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in using scheduling software or platforms (training provided)
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
• Basic knowledge or interest in yoga is a plus, but not required
