Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to oversee and drive the growth of our sales initiatives within the physical security and loss prevention sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the security services industry, focusing on generating leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing sales opportunities. The Sales Professional will be responsible for sales strategy and marketing execution, working closely with the executive team to align business development efforts with company goals; they will get commission on contracts they acquire, and the clients fulfills the obligation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and expand the client base in the physical security and loss prevention sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both commercial and government clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing contracts.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client security needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with Safe Provisions offerings.
  • Conducted site assessments and presented proposals and bids to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing strategies.


  • Marketing Strategy and Execution:
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our security services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Develop marketing collateral to support the sales process, including presentations, brochures, and online content.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including website management, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
  • Client and Market Insights:
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate business leads.
  • Team Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the operations and HR teams to ensure smooth implementation of contracts and quality service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales volume, and customer acquisition costs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, social media marketing, and website development, with one within the physical security or loss prevention industry.
  • Strong track record of successful sales in the security services sector, particularly with B2B clients.
  • Familiarity with security guard services, loss prevention, and other related security solutions.
  • Experience with managing digital marketing channels and lead generation strategies.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
