Full description of the position

CTR Group is seeking HEALTH ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES - SENIOR LIVING in the Cleveland, OH area. Immediate openings and urgently hiring! Positions can be worked from home, but most of the time will be spent in the field at hospitals within the territory.

Salary: $80K and Bonus Potential (Total earnings of up to $115K possible)

SUMMARY:

Work as Healthcare Account Executive in a growing fast-paced industry. The role is one of Outside Sales Representative, building relationships within hospitals, rehab and skilled nursing facilities to help identify patients who are in need of senior living options. You will then work with the patients and their families and the senior living advisors to help guide them through the process from initial consultation to touring the facilities and finally moving into a senior living community.

  • Relationship building within hospital, rehab and skilled nursing facilities to promote an understanding of the Company's value
  • Identify patients that are candidates for senior living
  • Visiting professionals in the healthcare facilities 3-5 days per week
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales quota
  • Refer professionals who can quickly help the patient and their family to the next step in senior living
  • Guide families from initial search process to moving into senior living facility.
  • Follow up with families after move-in.
  • Enter all data into Salesforce
  • Keep lead pipeline and update daily using CRM.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience selling solutions in Healthcare and meeting quota requirements
  • History of exceeding sales quota
  • Previous experience as liaison for Healthcare Industry facilities and professionals
  • Enthusiasm for the Healthcare setting and ability to deliver results
  • Willingness to quickly adjust and thrive in the Senior Living industry.
  • Proven skills at assessing family situations and quickly developing solutions based on family needs
  • Ability to develop and sustain good working relationships across different groups of individuals and professionals
  • Ability to use Salesforce software to document daily activities
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets and able to learn additional web-based tools
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccine will be required 45 days after start date, if hired.
