Job Title: Market Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Florida (Jax, P Cola, Tampa, Naples, Orlando, Palm Beach, Miami) Industry: Sales, Marketing, Beverages (Spirits)

Reports To: National Sales Manager & Brand Manager (Client Brand) Employment Type: Part-Time

Youll be the face of our brand, bringing it to life through sales, trainings, unforgettable events, partnerships, and promotions. What Youll Be Stirring Up Be the Life of the Party

• Educate and excite others about our spirits (without spilling the secrets!).
• Host events and trainings that leave an impression, whether its on a bartender, distributor, or
• spirits aficionado.
• Represent our brand like the superstar you areat media events, trade shows, and anywhere good
• vibes flow.
• Own the Bar (and the Market)
• Build strong relationships with distributors, influencers, and on/off-premise accounts.
• Scout out new opportunities, keeping your finger on the pulse of trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with our Brand and Activation teams to create buzz-worthy programs.
• Keep the Spirits High
• Manage calendars, report progress, and share recaps of all your wins (because we know therell be plenty).
• Crush your KPIs like a perfectly crafted cocktail.
• Stay socialboth in person and onlinewith a knack for driving engagement on platforms like
• Instagram and Facebook.

Whats in Your Bar Cart? Ingredients We Love

• 12+ years behind the bar or in the on-trade scene (sommelier experience = extra garnish).
• A proven sales track record thats as smooth as our spirits.
• A knack for public speaking, storytelling, and influencing the influencers.
• Knowledge of distribution and promotional tactics that make competitors raise a glass in respect.
• Bonus points for mixology skills and Spanish fluency!
• Tools of the Trade
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
• Utilizing Google Sheets, Docs, etc
• A valid drivers license with a squeaky-clean record (youll be on the move).
• Willingness to travel around town

• Cheers-Worthy Connections: 20 account calls per week.
• Raise a Glass to Training: Host 1 influencer event or training session weekly.
• Buzz Builder: Represent the brand at 1 trade or media event monthly.
• Creative Mixology: Pitch 12 fresh brand education ideas each month.
• Stirring Socials: Deliver 12 marketplace PR programs and activations monthly.
• A Picture-Perfect Portfolio: Keep calendars, reports, and recaps as polished as your best cocktail.
