Description:

PanaSource Ingredients, Inc. is a distributor of quality raw ingredients for North America, such as high intensity sweeteners (natural & synthetic), probiotics, dietary fiber, and other raw ingredients. We are a team of driven individuals with goals surrounding the success of each other and the entire company at large.

PanaSource is currently looking for 1-2 Sales Representatives to sell its entire portfolio of ingredients for food, beverage, flavor, pharmaceutical, confectionary, and nutraceutical industries. These positions will be responsible for developing new business and managing current existing business in North America.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product.

• Promote products and services through direct sales to prospective accounts
• Generate and develop new business while planning for future needs of current business
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve business and scientific oriented needs
• Work cross functionally within the company (customer service, technical service, and management) to meet customer needs and business goals.
• Record daily activity in CRM system and maintain up-to-date contact information for each account
• Attend trade shows and deliver the concept of PanaSource Ingredients
• Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
• Develop a detailed understanding for the competitive landscape and market drivers
• Ensure company sales targets are met

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in business or marketing is preferred or BS in Food Science
• Previous sales and account management experience in the food, beverage, and related industries
• Must be a self-motivated, results oriented individual with pleasing personality
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product-related information
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Willing to travel frequently: 30-50% travel.
• Currently living near our Edison, NJ office preferred.
• Valid driver's license

Compensation: salary + commission + benefits
