Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer our services to prior, current, and potential customers.
• Effectively set roof inspection appointments.
• Earn new business by overcoming objections and correctly relaying the value proposition.
• Accurately update customer files and information within the CRM.
• Hit or exceed KPI targets, including call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
