Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Salt Lake City, Utah branch. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and team management. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning skills, the ability to drive business growth, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, including profit loss statements, sales reports, and customer feedback
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee development
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and replenishing stock as needed
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates, address concerns, and communicate expectations

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
