Job description

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for driving business growth? We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Officer in our Miami, FL office. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Utilize market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

Sales Outreach:

  • Conduct cold calls and emails to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's products and services.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential clients and promote the company's offerings.

Meeting and Presentation:

  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful implementation of client solutions.

Qualifications:

Preferably, candidates should possess experience in real estate or demonstrate success in direct, field sales role

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create engaging video content.
  • Excellent cold calling and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
