We are growing and looking for a Licensed Personal Lines Producer to join our team.

Essential Functions of this position:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Identify, explore, and cultivate new personal lines sales opportunities through network prospecting.
• Analyze risk and exposure and recommend appropriate, comprehensive coverage for assets and property.
• Collaborate internally with a professional service team to provide a first-class client experience.
• Provide insurance education for bankers through agency/bankrelationship.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations.

• Physical dexterity to utilize computers and general office equipment. Ability to lift and transport objects and supplies of up to ten (10) pounds without assistance.

The following experience, education and licensing are required:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four (4) years of personal lines insurance sales and/or service experience is required.
• An active PA Property & Casualty license is required.
• Has or is willing to obtain insurance industry designation(s).
• Understanding of risk management and how it applies to insurance decisions.
• Understanding of bank/agency relationships and experience with multiple carriers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
