Responsibilities as a Sales Consultant:

• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through consistent follow-up via phone, email, and video.
• Stay up-to-date with our new and pre-owned inventory on a daily basis.
• Understand customer needs and interests to effectively qualify buyers and match them with suitable vehicle models.
• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining equipment, capabilities, and features, and accompany customers on test drives.
• Collaborate with management and finance teams to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning with company objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements for Sales Consultant:

• Preferably, previous sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated.
• Proficient in computer and technology usage.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus!
• Possess a valid GA driver's license with a good driving record.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, motor vehicle records (MVR), and drug screening.
