Target Painting & Contracting is growing at an impressive pace! We are one of the leading painting & contracting businesses in our area with over $5 Million in yearly sales. We provide exterior painting, interior painting and contracting services to our clients. Most of our clients are in the Metro-west area but we are also looking to expand to different territories. Our number one goal is for our clients and homeowners to be raving fans and promoters of ours.

We are hiring for immediate placement of a sales consultant. While home improvement/painting knowledge is a plus we are also willing to train the right motivated sales individual.

The ideal candidate: We are looking for a young extremely motivated and energetic sales individual. Our business is rapidly expanding and we are in need of someone who can keep up with the needs of our business.

Target Painting & Contracting does offer a vehicle to our sales consultants for company use, laptop and/or tablet, and phone for company use.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Assist sales teams on initial appointments & follow up appointments when necessary

Qualifications

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Sales: 5 years (Required)
• Painting/Contracting: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
