Jani-King is looking for a B2B Outside Salesperson to join our WDC regional office to support the growth of our franchisees!

This Salesperson is an individual contributor who possesses a successful track record of 5-7 years in B2B Outside Sales. Some customer leads will be provided, but to be successful in this position, one must have strong sales experience, solid cold-calling (B2B) capacity and impressive presentation skills. This professional must be able to network and build a client base within the region. We are looking for a leader who is reliable and passionate about achieving goals and can produce the overall expected results in the region.

Our pay range is between $100,000 - $120,000 plus BONUS!!

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

Passionate, Sales experience (a priority).

Trustworthy leadership and management skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Effective communication and people skills.

Proven sales success record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals.

The ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands and company goals.

The skills necessary to create advertisements and new leads for Jani-King in the region.

The ability to demonstrate and lead by example.

Must be able to build, expand and solidify professional relationships with new and existing customers.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Software applications including Outlook and Word.

Janitorial/Commercial cleaning experience a plus, but not mandatory.
