Balcones Country Club, managed by Arnold Palmer Golf Management, is seeking a Member Enrollment Director to join our Membership Team. Working closely with department heads and the General Manager, you'll play a vital role in executing our Membership by Invitation strategy in alignment with our Private Club Core Fundamentals. At Balcones, we're renowned as "The Club That Has the Most FUN," emphasizing creativity in Member events, Team member growth, and innovative problem-solving.

We will be happy to meet with candidates who have the following attributes:

• A four-year college degree required
• Previous sales experience with documentation of successful sales implementation. Previous private club or hospitality experience is considered preferable
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with an assertive sales personality to meet enrollment goals. Computer experience with Word, Excel and Lead database programs minimum requirement.
• Must have a professional appearance and manner, a gracious attitude and the ability to interact with diverse groups as well as the ability to build strong relationships within the Club and Community
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organization skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and expense management
• A desire to want to be a part of something bigger than themselves and be part of a great team.
• Desire to learn, grow and develop everyday
• High standards and commitment to quality

Minimum Expectations, Compensation and benefits include:

Regular weekly work schedule Tuesday Saturday

Some monthly evening hours will be required as the Membership Director will need to pre-load monthly dining and social evening events, as well as member appreciation events, with prospective members and attend the events for the purpose of creating and causing a referral environment in order to reach sales goals

$70,000-$80,000 salary per year (Compensation is a combination of base salary and sales commissions.)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
