Real Estate Agent Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled recruiter to help us grow our sales associate team. The Recruiter will lead the firms agent recruiting efforts - identifying potential candidates, prospecting and building relationships, and collaborating with leadership to meet company recruiting goals. Responsibilities:

• Learn, understand and effectively communicate the companys brand, tools, culture, mission and value proposition.
• Strategically partner with Office Managers to understand their team dynamics and business goals
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement recruiting methods
• Use available resources to target agents and manage candidate pipeline
• Daily cold and warm recruiting prospecting
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings with potential agents and managers
• Maintain recruiting database, report activities and work to achieve recruitment metrics
• Attend various office meetings, schools, agent and networking events
• Coordinate and facilitate company recruiting events, agent transitions, onboarding and orientation

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent. Bachelors degree a plus
• Active NC Real Estate License
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience
• Prior real estate recruiting experience preferred
• Coldwell Banker real estate sales, management or training experience a plus
• Competitive and motivated by winning
• Exemplary customer service, verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills. Example Programs: Google Suite, iProspect, BrokerMetrics, Zoom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience level:

• 3 years

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
