What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team full-time, primarily supporting our sales department. We're eager to find someone who sees themselves growing with Alpan in the long term. We value qualities such as a sense of urgency, determination, humor, and resourcefulness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prompt follow-ups via phone and email
• Providing troubleshooting assistance
• Researching and providing data to support the sales team
• Managing sales tracking tools and reporting essential information
• Maintaining records of sales and marketing data
• Meeting project deadlines
• Monitoring and fulfilling sample requests
• Assisting in resolving freight and logistics issues, providing updates to both the sales team and customers

Job Skills:

• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent phone and email etiquette, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency
• Enthusiastic, strategic thinker who can work autonomously and collaboratively
• Embraces small business culture and values teamwork (a sense of humor is appreciated)
• Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor, even under pressure
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suites; familiarity with Outlook is a must
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems like QuickBooks is a plus

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• English fluency, Spanish proficiency is advantageous
• Driver's License preferred

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
