Job Summary:
As a Pest Control Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for promoting and selling our pest control services to residential and commercial clients. Your primary goal is to drive sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers while effectively communicating the benefits of our pest control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present and promote our range of pest control services to potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer retention.

• Quota Achievement:
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

• Market Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in pest control sales is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
