Full description of the position

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team at Sears Home Improvement. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering home improvement solutions which include: HVAC, Windows, Doors, Roofing, Siding, and Whole Home Generators. We provide some pre-set leads, however our top performers are go-getters who aren't deterred from generating their own leads. We offer great benefits and an excellent training program, including a 4-week paid training and 13-week non-recoverable draw. Successful candidates will be able to earn six figures (uncapped commissions).

Responsibilities:
Connect with customers and clearly identify their needs
Provide presentation to customers interested in home improvement solutions
Achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives
Ability to self-generate leads
Build strong customer relationships
Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Utilize sales tools and resources to maximize sales effectiveness

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Passion for sales and closing deals

Prior sales experience

Computer and technological aptitude and proficiency

Compensation and Benefits:
$5,000 sign-on bonus

Performance-based incentives and uncapped commissions
Four weeks of paid training ($15.00 per hour) followed by a 13-week non-recoverable draw
