Premier Produce FL is a leading fresh produce supplier in Florida, specializing in distributing fresh produce, specialty foods, and dairy products to the food service industry. At Premier Produce, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Duties and responsibilities

Below are listed the duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:

• To present yourself and Premier Produces image with passion, poise and determination
• Ready to take ownership of your assigned market and grow with Premier Produce
• Eager to build relationships, obtain orders, and most importantly establish new accounts by innovative planning and organizing your daily/weekly schedule.
• Ability to cultivate relationships in a creative way to differentiate ourselves
• Ready to prepare daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis for management and meet deadlines
• Savvy to competition and ready to gather marketplace information on pricing, product innovation, delivery schedules and evaluate market trends
• Troubleshoot and manage any issues such as low inventory, out-of-stock, or special order items, during the customer order/delivery process
• Engage with our company culture while contributing to shaping our future
• Have the desire to be a team leader and grow your career with us
• Be on call for customers 7 days per week to ensure we are providing the best customer service possible.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Unparalleled work ethic

• Strong interest in the food service and hospitality business
• Hospitality experience a plus
• Self-motivated, Hungry to build and grow your own territory
• You are a team player and work effectively on your own
• Extensive communication skills
• Proficient use of computers and programs including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Exceed sales goal achievement and performance measurements
• Reside or willing to relocate to a geographical area within the assigned sales territory

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent - preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a valid state Drivers License and safe driving record
• Reliable transportation is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
