Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Sales will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the Home office team to ensure the highest level of Sales and Marketing support is provided, financial wellbeing of each community is reached, and business goals are met in accordance with state and government regulations along with Oaks Senior Living, LLC policies and procedures. The Regional Director of Sales' primary focus is to elevate Oaks sales, marketing and branding and providing hands-on support, guidance and coaching to all communities, with an emphasis on building and maintaining the culture established by the CEO of Oaks Senior Living, LLC.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with training and coaching of our community sales teams to help achieve occupancy goals. This includes but not limited to-CRM Management, Pricing Initiatives, Business Development/Outreach, Lead Advancement and Management.
Review and approve all digital advertising campaigns
Review and approve all social medial posts & blogs from Digital Marketing Agency
Review Website content and request updates to managing partner
Manage community posted social media posts and respond to negative comments
Assist CRDs and DOOs with print advertising campaigns
Review partnership results and new initiatives with Digital Marketing Agency
Competitive analysis for new market studies
Development and execution of ongoing sales training
Manage organizational partnerships with referral agencies, monitor portal content, review lead quality, grow relationships, dispute move-ins
Manage and update CRM
Assist with development and execution of each communitys quarterly Marketing Plan
Reports to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree and minimum five years management or leadership in sales and marketing of long-term care
2. Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to assisted living
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Strong customer service skills
4. Proven business acumen
5. Ability to interact and build relationships with older adults/desire to work with older adults
6. Must be 21 years of age. Must have a satisfactory criminal history and fingerprint check
7. Must have physical exam by a licensed physician/Must have a negative drug screen
8. Must be available and able to react in an emergency
9. Must reside in the state of Ga.

Physical Job Requirements:
To fulfill job requirements, employee must be able to perform key physical task for extended periods of time. Proper body mechanics and safety measures as prescribed by Oaks Senior Living, LLC must be adhered to. In a typical eight- hour day, employee may:
Sit up to eight hours a day
Support up to 70 pounds
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Frequently kneel, bend, and reach
Stand/walk up to eight hours a day
Frequently drive several hours a day
Frequently fly and travel when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
