Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for the company
- Monitor rental payments and ensure timely collection of rent from tenants
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions, including leases, contracts, and financial statements
- Collaborate with legal professionals to address any legal issues or disputes related to the properties
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the properties in the portfolio

Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of facilities management, property maintenance, and legal administrative processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts with tenants or vendors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on tenant satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
