Full description of the position

Sales:

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential customers.
  • Follow up with potential customers and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.

Marketing:

  • Engage customers in networking events and offer them the organization's services and solutions.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external partners and internal teams.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to show value and explain product technical advantages.
  • Spanish language preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with email, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Flexible working evenings or whenever prospects are available.
  • Self-starter, integrity, passionate, high energy and people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish/English.
  • Familiarity with solar energy systems and technology is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
